Digital signage for internal communications has grown by leaps and bounds. What started for many as a single TV in a lobby, break area or walk way has grown to multiple campuses with many screens in each building. Displays can be traditional 16:9 widescreen to video walls to tablets for meeting room scheduling and even mobile phones. Screens can be interactive with touch, via a smart phone or with automated sensors. At the core of any digital signage system is content.     • Creation of at least two Layouts (each capable of running Playlists).
    • Creation of at least two Playlists for content scheduling.
    • One custom-branded template for your Layout.
    • One year of DynacomTV service (web-based console and one player).
    • One year of Technical Support.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    • Provide all content (images, videos, text).
    • Oversee day-to-day system management.

2. DynacomTV Signage: Enhanced 
  • All Basic Package Features, plus:
    • Standard Content Subscription (news, weather, sports, entertainment).
    • Curated Content: At least one custom content slide designed to match your brand and messaging.
    • Training for you and your staff on system operation and content updates.

3. DynacomTV Signage: Premium 
  • All Basic Package Features, plus:
    • Managed Content: We handle regular updates, scheduling, and content rotation.
    • Graphic Design Services: Includes a tailored Design Guide to ensure brand consistency.
    • Ongoing Content Management: Let our team curate and upload new material so you can focus on your core business.
      • Social Media feeds, Entertainment, Sports, Weather, News, RSS feeds 
      • Office 365: Power BI dashboards, MS Flow, MS Teams (Town Halls), etc.

4. DynacomTV Signage: Custom – Price Varies
  • All Basic Package Features, with the flexibility to add:
    • Advanced integrations (e.g., custom APIs, data dashboards).
    • Interactive features (touchscreens, motion sensors, cameras).
    • Specialty design or content requests (video wall, kiosk)
    • Expanded content creation (drone footage, video production, editing)
